Meet your Chief of Staff

What your Chief of Staff is, how to set it up, and how to put it to work running your AI team.

Your Chief of Staff is the lead of your AI team. Instead of opening each product and running it yourself, you hand your Chief of Staff a goal in plain language, and it puts the right specialists on it, coordinates the work across your departments, and reports back.

What it does

  • Takes a goal and breaks it into the right tasks across your CRM, marketing, knowledge base, and projects.
  • Runs those tasks through your team, and spins up new specialists on demand for a specific job (a researcher, a copywriter, a closer).
  • Works around the clock, so progress keeps happening even when you are away.
  • Learns your business over time, so it gets more useful the more you work together.

Get set up

  1. Open Chief of Staff from your dashboard.
  2. The first time, it provisions your private agent and connects it to your apps. This takes about a minute and only happens once.
  3. Tell it about your business when prompted. The more context you give it (what you do, who your customers are, your goals, your voice), the better it works. You can edit this anytime under Settings.

Put it to work

Just talk to it in plain English. For example:

  • "Book me five demos with fintech founders this week."
  • "Draft and publish a blog post about our new pricing."
  • "Catch me up on what changed across my business this week."

It plans the work, uses the right specialists, and only checks with you when it needs a decision.

Make it yours

  • Settings: choose your model and custom instructions, and edit your business profile.
  • Skills: add new abilities, like spreadsheets or PDFs, and turn off the ones you do not need.
  • Channels: reach your Chief of Staff from Slack or Telegram, and have it deliver updates there.
  • Scheduled: set up recurring work, like a morning brief.

To add your own AI keys for the whole workspace, use Settings, then AI provider keys.
