Ask your Chief of Staff to get work done

How to hand your Chief of Staff a goal in plain language and let it run the work across your apps.

Your Chief of Staff is the lead of your AI team. Instead of opening each product and doing the work yourself, you describe what you want in plain language and it puts the right specialists on it across your CRM, marketing, knowledge base, and projects.

Just ask

Open the Chat tab and type what you need, the way you would brief a capable assistant. You do not need special commands. For example:

  • "Summarize where my sales pipeline stands and flag anything stalled."
  • "Draft a launch email for our new service and save it to my knowledge base."
  • "Pull together everything I have saved about onboarding."
  • "Plan a one-week content push and set up the posts."

What it can reach

Your Chief of Staff already works across your connected apps, so it can read and act on your real data:

  • CRM for contacts, deals, and follow-ups
  • Marketing for campaigns, content, and posts
  • Knowledge Base for your saved documents and notes
  • Projects for goals, plans, and progress
  • Help so it can answer how-to questions about Noli

To see exactly what is connected, open the Capabilities tab.

Give it good direction

The clearer the request, the better the result. Say what you want, who it is for, and any constraints (length, tone, deadline). If a task is large, it is fine to ask for it in one message. Your Chief of Staff breaks it into steps and works through them, and it can bring in a specialist for a specific job, like research or copywriting.

Watch it work and follow up

As it works, you will see its progress in the chat. When it finishes, you can ask follow-up questions, request changes, or tell it to take the next step. It remembers the conversation, so you can keep refining.
