Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated · 2026-09-11
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) explains what you may and may not do with the Noli AI products and services operated by Noli LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Noli,” “we,” or “us”). It covers every Noli product, including the Chief of Staff, CRM, Marketing (AMS), Knowledge Base, Project Manager, GTM Engineer, and Receptionist, and the AI tools offered through The Launch Pad, a program of Noli LLC (together, the “Service”).
This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and is incorporated into them by reference. Words defined in the Terms have the same meaning here. If this Policy and the Terms conflict, the Terms control. You are responsible for everyone who uses the Service through your account, including team members and any agent, tool, or integration you connect.
1. The short version
- Use the Service for your own lawful business.
- Only contact people you are allowed to contact, and stop when they ask.
- You approve every outbound message. The AI drafts; you send.
- Do not scrape, target, or profile people in ways the law or a platform's rules forbid.
- Do not attack, probe, overload, or resell the Service.
- If you break these rules we may warn you, pause the feature, or close the account.
2. Unlawful, harmful, and deceptive content
You may not use the Service to create, store, publish, or send content that:
- is illegal where you are or where the recipient is;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive, including fake reviews, fake testimonials, or impersonation of a person, business, or government body;
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or exploits minors in any way;
- promotes illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons sales that violate law, or unlicensed financial, medical, or legal services;
- contains personal information about a child under 13, or is directed at anyone under 18.
AI Output is your content once you use it. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or send it, and for making sure it is accurate and lawful. Do not present AI Output as a professional opinion from a lawyer, doctor, accountant, or licensed adviser unless a licensed person has reviewed it.
3. Email, text, calls, and other outreach
3.1 No spam
You may not send unsolicited bulk messages through or with the help of the Service, on any channel, except where applicable law expressly allows it. “Applicable law” includes, without limitation:
- CAN-SPAM (15 U.S.C. 7701 and following) for commercial email: accurate headers and sender identity, a non-deceptive subject line, your physical postal address, a working unsubscribe, and opt-outs honored within ten business days;
- TCPA (47 U.S.C. 227) and state telemarketing, autodialer, and call-recording laws for calls and text messages, including calls and texts placed or answered by the Receptionist: prior express consent, or prior express written consent where required, scrubbing against the national and state do-not-call registries, keeping your own internal do-not-call list, honoring “STOP,” and obtaining all-party consent before recording where the law requires it;
- GDPR, UK GDPR, and PECR where you contact anyone in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and CASL where you contact anyone in Canada: you must hold a lawful basis or consent for every message and you are solely responsible for it.
3.2 You approve every send
The GTM Engineer and the other agents draft outreach; they do not send it on their own. You review and approve each message, or each campaign under rules you set, before it goes out from your own mailbox, number, or account. By approving a send you confirm that you are the sender, that you have the consent or lawful basis the message needs, and that you will honor every opt-out, unsubscribe, stop, removal, or privacy request you receive, on every channel.
3.3 The Receptionist
The Receptionist identifies itself as an AI, answers and places calls and texts only on the number you connected, and follows the scripts and hours you set. You are responsible for the carrier registration of your number (including A2P 10DLC where required), for recording disclosures, and for making sure callers can reach a human and emergency services by other means. The Receptionist is not a substitute for 911 or any emergency line.
3.4 The Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff acts only inside the “hands” you have connected (for example a mailbox, calendar, CRM, or social account) and only within the scope you granted. Any outbound action, such as sending an email, posting, replying, or booking on your behalf, is filed for your approval before it happens unless you have explicitly turned on an autopilot for that specific action. You may not use the Chief of Staff to act on an account or system you do not own or are not authorized to use.
4. Sourcing, scraping, and third-party platforms
- You may not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data from any website, app, or platform in violation of that platform's terms of service, its technical restrictions, or applicable law.
- You may not connect an account you do not own, bypass a platform's login, rate limits, or bot detection, or use credentials obtained without authorization.
- Prospect Data the GTM Engineer sources is limited to business and public information from approved sources, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not import, enrich, or store data that you obtained unlawfully, and you may not use the Service to build or sell a contact database.
- You must comply with the terms, privacy policy, and acceptable use policy of every third-party service you connect to the Service, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any telephony or social publishing provider.
5. Audience targeting and sensitive criteria
You may not use the Service to select, score, segment, exclude, or target people on the basis of a sensitive criterion, or on a proxy for one. Sensitive criteria include health or medical condition, disability, pregnancy, age, family or marital situation, financial distress or hardship, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, criminal history, genetic or biometric data, precise location, and membership of a trade union. This applies even where a data source makes such an inference available.
You may not use the Service to make, or to support, a decision about a person's eligibility for housing, credit, insurance, employment, education, healthcare, or government benefits. The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and AI Output is not a consumer report. Real estate tools must be used in a way that complies with the Fair Housing Act and equivalent state laws.
6. Security, integrity, and abuse of the Service
You may not:
- upload, store, or transmit malware, or use the Service to distribute or command it;
- probe, scan, penetration test, fuzz, or attack the Service, its infrastructure, or its providers, or test the security of any other system through the Service, without our prior written permission (email security@noliai.com to arrange good-faith research);
- attempt to access another customer's workspace, data, or account, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use;
- attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or copy our agent prompts, skills, memory schema, orchestration logic, or models, or use the Service to train or benchmark a competing model or product;
- inject instructions into the Service, or into content the Service processes, in order to make an agent ignore its rules, exfiltrate data, or act outside the scope you granted;
- interfere with the Service or with any other customer's use of it.
If you find a vulnerability, tell us at security@noliai.com. We will not pursue good-faith researchers who report promptly, do not access or alter other customers' data, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue.
7. Reselling and sharing access
Your subscription is for your own business. You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, white-label, or time-share the Service or any AI Output as a service to third parties, offer it as a public chatbot to people who are not your customers or team, or share one seat among several people. Each person who uses the Service needs their own seat. Agencies and consultants who want to use Noli for clients should contact support@noliai.com for a plan that allows it.
8. Rate limits and fair use
Every plan includes AI usage, message, call, storage, and API limits that are shown on the pricing page and in your account. We also apply technical rate limits to keep the Service stable for everyone. You may not circumvent a limit, quota, or throttle, run automated traffic against the Service beyond what your plan allows, or use the Service in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it or on our providers. If your usage is unusually high we may ask you to move to a plan that fits, slow your requests, or pause the affected feature until we have spoken to you.
9. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Noli in violation of this Policy, email legal@noliai.com with the details. If you are a person who received unwanted outreach from a Noli customer, or you would like your information removed from a prospect list, use the removal form or email privacy@noliai.com.
10. How we enforce this Policy
We may investigate any suspected violation, and we may review the content and activity involved to the extent needed to do so. Depending on how serious the problem is, we may take one or more of these steps:
- Warn you and ask you to fix the problem within a stated time.
- Pause the feature involved (for example outbound sending, the Receptionist number, or a connected hand) while we look into it.
- Remove or disable content that violates this Policy or the law.
- Suspend or close the account under Section 25.0 of the Terms. For serious or repeated violations, or where a delay would harm others, we may suspend immediately and without notice.
- Report to authorities or platforms where the law requires it or where we believe there is a risk of harm to a person.
We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents it or telling you would put someone at risk. You can respond by emailing legal@noliai.com. Suspension does not stop your subscription fees, and you remain responsible under the Terms for any claims that arise from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Service and the law change. We will update the date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will email the account owner or show a notice in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
