Cookie Policy
Last updated · 2026-09-11
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Noli LLC(“Noli,” “we,” or “us”) sets when you visit our websites and use our apps, what each one does, and how you can control them. It covers noliai.com and its subdomains (including app.noliai.com, kb.noliai.com, pm.noliai.com, crm.noliai.com, ams.noliai.com, and cos.noliai.com) and The Launch Pad sites (thelaunchpadincubator.com and launchpad.noliai.com). The Launch Pad is a program of Noli LLC.
This Policy is part of our Privacy Policy. Words defined there have the same meaning here.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you on your next request. “Similar technologies” means things that do the same job, such as local storage in your browser. A first-party cookie is set by the site you are on. A third-party cookie is set by another company whose code runs on the page.
2. The short version
- We set cookies to keep you signed in, keep the site secure, and remember your choices. These are strictly necessary.
- We use one analytics tool, PostHog, to see how the sites and apps are used and to catch errors. You can turn it off.
- We set no advertising or marketing cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, and no ad network on any Noli or Launch Pad site.
- We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the sites and apps to work. They keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember a choice you made. They cannot be turned off, and blocking them will break sign-in.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
__session, __client_uat, and other cookies beginning __clerk | Clerk, our sign-in provider (first-party, on .noliai.com and on the Launch Pad domains) | Keeps you signed in and lets one sign-in work across every Noli subdomain. Also protects sign-in against bots; Clerk's bot check is served by Cloudflare and may set a cookie on Cloudflare's own domain during sign-up. | For the life of your sign-in session; cleared when you sign out |
noli_cookie_consent | Noli (.noliai.com) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again. | 12 months |
cos_session | Noli (.noliai.com) | Gate cookie that lets a signed-in customer open their Chief of Staff at cos.noliai.com. Set only when you launch the Chief of Staff. | 7 days |
noli_vertical | Noli (app.noliai.com) | Remembers which product line you chose on sign-up (for example real estate) so your setup matches it. | 12 months |
noli_farm | Noli (.noliai.com) | Carries the neighborhood you picked on the real estate territory checker into sign-up. Set only if you use that tool. | 30 minutes |
| Cloudflare Turnstile challenge cookie | Cloudflare (third-party, on Cloudflare's domain) | Bot check on the lead forms of landing pages published through Noli Marketing, and on Clerk sign-up. Set only when a challenge is shown. | For the challenge session |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe, our payment processor (third-party) | Fraud prevention during checkout and on the billing page. Set only when Stripe's checkout script loads. | 12 months and 30 minutes respectively |
The Launch Pad sites also use local storage in your browser to save an unfinished tool (for example a draft in the Offer Builder) so you can recover it on the same device. That data never leaves your browser unless you choose to save or email the result.
4. Analytics cookies
We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to understand which pages and features are used, to measure whether the site works, and to record errors so we can fix them. PostHog is a service provider to us and may not use this data for its own purposes.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
ph_[project key]_posthog | PostHog (first-party, on the Noli domain you are visiting) | Gives your browser an anonymous id so page views, clicks, and errors from one visit can be grouped together. In the signed-in apps it is linked to your account so we can support you. | 12 months |
Session replay. PostHog can also record how a visitor moves through a page (scrolling, clicks, and navigation). Anything you type into a form is masked and is not recorded. On noliai.com and app.noliai.com, session replay runs only after you click Accept in the cookie banner or the cookie preferences dialog, in every country. In the Knowledge Base and Project Manager apps, which you use only when signed in, analytics and session replay (with form inputs masked) run as part of providing the service; email privacy@noliai.com if you want them turned off for your account. The CRM and Marketing apps send basic events only and do not record sessions.
Where we ask first. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, no analytics events are sent until you click Accept. Elsewhere, basic analytics (page views, clicks, and errors) runs by default and you can turn it off at any time. In the signed-in apps, basic analytics is part of providing the service and is covered by our Terms; session replay still needs your accept.
The Launch Pad sites do not load PostHog or any other analytics script.
5. Marketing and advertising cookies
None. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run retargeting pixels, and we do not share visitor data with ad networks. The only third-party scripts on our pages are those of our sign-in provider (Clerk), our payment processor (Stripe, during checkout), and our analytics tool (PostHog).
6. Fonts and embedded content
noliai.com, app.noliai.com, and the landing pages you publish from the CRM load their typefaces from the Google Fonts service, and the CRM app loads its typeface from Fontshare, a similar service. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details for that request. Neither service sets a cookie for this. The Launch Pad sites serve their fonts from our own servers and make no request to Google for fonts.
Some Launch Pad pages embed a YouTube video. If you play one, YouTube may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. The video does not load, and no data goes to YouTube, until you press play.
7. How to change your choices
- Cookie preferences link. Every page on noliai.com, and the dashboard at app.noliai.com, has a “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. It reopens the banner so you can accept or decline analytics at any time. Declining stops analytics events and session replay; sign-in and billing keep working.
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most let you block third-party cookies only. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
- Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, a GPC or DNT signal changes nothing about how we treat your data. Use the cookie preferences link to control analytics.
8. Changes to this Policy
If we add a cookie or a new tool that sets one, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change would add marketing or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
