Get and send documents
Download what your Chief of Staff creates, save it to your knowledge base, and send it files to work from.
Your Chief of Staff does real work, so you need to get things in and out of it. You can download what it writes, save it to your knowledge base, and hand it files to work from.
Download what it writes
When your Chief of Staff produces a document in chat, each finished reply has an action row beneath it. From there you can:
- Copy the text.
- Download it as a Word document, PDF, Markdown, or plain text.
- Save to Knowledge Base so it is filed and searchable.
Find it later in your knowledge base
Anything saved to your knowledge base shows up on the Knowledge Base tab. From there you can open a document and download it again in any format. This is the place to keep deliverables you will come back to.
Send it a file
You can hand your Chief of Staff a document to work from. In a connected channel like Telegram or Slack, send it a PDF or Word file with a request like "summarize this." It reads the file, answers, and adds the document to your knowledge base so it stays searchable. Plain text and images work too.
