Schedule recurring work
Set your Chief of Staff to run tasks on a schedule, like a daily briefing, and choose where the results land.
Your Chief of Staff can work on a schedule, not just when you ask. Use this for a morning briefing, a weekly pipeline review, recurring content, or any task you want done on a regular cadence.
Add a scheduled task
Open the Scheduled tab and add a task. You give it:
- A name, so you can recognize it in the list. The form will not save without one.
- What to do, written the same way you would ask in chat.
- How often: hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, with a day and time where that applies. You set the time in your own local time zone.
- Where to deliver it (see below).
You can also attach documents from your Knowledge Base, so a recurring task works from the same source material every time.
Choose where results go
Each task can deliver its result to one of:
- In this app, where the output is saved and you read it here or in chat. A new notification points you to it.
- Telegram or Discord, which push the result to you in that app. This needs the channel connected first, with a chat ID set on the Channels tab.
Run a task now
You do not have to wait for the schedule. Use Run now on any task to run it immediately, which is handy for testing that it does what you want.
The daily reflection
New accounts come with a daily reflection already scheduled. Your Chief of Staff reviews where things stand across your apps and writes a short briefing of what changed, what needs attention, and what to focus on. You will find the latest one in your Notifications.
It runs at a fixed time, 13:00 UTC, which is morning in North America and afternoon or evening elsewhere. Do not wait for it if you want one now: click Reflect now and it produces the briefing on the spot, then asks you to approve running it.
As with any scheduled task, you can change where it is delivered or delete it, but not edit it in place.
Manage tasks
The Scheduled tab lists your tasks with their cadence and last run. Each one has a Deliver to dropdown, a Run now link, and a delete button with a confirm. There is no edit. To change what a task does or when it runs, delete it and add it again.
