Get a weekly business digest
Have your Chief of Staff send a recurring briefing across your whole workspace, to your feed and your inbox.
The Ecosystem digest is a recurring briefing your Chief of Staff puts together across your whole Noli workspace. Instead of checking each product, you get one summary of what moved this week. You will find it in your Notifications in the Chief of Staff dashboard.
What it covers
The digest pulls recent activity from across your team:
- Sales: new leads, deals won, open deals, pipeline value, and your support activity from your CRM.
- Projects: steps completed, new projects, and what needs your attention from your project manager.
- Knowledge Base: documents you added and recent activity in your knowledge base.
- Marketing: posts published, emails sent, and drafts in progress from your marketing system.
Your Chief of Staff writes it up as a short briefing in its own voice, so it reads like an update from a teammate rather than a list of numbers.
Turn it on and set the cadence
In the Notifications tab, find Ecosystem digest and switch it On. Then choose:
- Frequency: Weekly (the default, delivered on Mondays) or Daily.
- Deliver to: your Activity feed, your Email, or both. Both are on by default.
Send yourself a test
Want to see what it looks like before the next scheduled send? Click Send me a test digest. It builds a digest from your current activity and delivers it right away, without changing your schedule. If there is nothing to report yet, it will tell you, add a little activity and try again.
