Get a weekly business digest
Have your Chief of Staff send a recurring briefing across your whole workspace, to your feed and your inbox.
The Ecosystem digest is a recurring briefing your Chief of Staff puts together across your whole Noli workspace. Instead of checking each product, you get one summary of what moved this week. It arrives as a message from your Chief of Staff in your chat, and by email. The settings for it live on the Notifications tab of your Chief of Staff dashboard.
What it covers
The digest pulls recent activity from across your team:
- Sales: new leads, deals won, open deals, pipeline value, and your support activity from your CRM.
- Projects: steps completed, new projects, and what needs your attention from your project manager.
- Knowledge Base: documents you added and recent activity in your knowledge base.
- Marketing: posts published, emails sent, and drafts in progress from your marketing system.
Your Chief of Staff writes it up as a short briefing in its own voice, so it reads like an update from a teammate rather than a list of numbers.
Pick your KPI
The headline of every digest is the one metric you care about most. On the Notifications tab, under Your KPI, choose a tracked metric and your Chief of Staff opens the digest with the exact number and your progress against your target:
- New leads (this week)
- New contacts (30 days)
- Deals won (30 days)
- Revenue won (30 days)
- Pipeline value
- Support replies sent (this week)
- Posts published (this week)
- Marketing emails sent (this week)
- Docs added (this week)
Pick a tracked metric and you can also set an optional Target. If the number you care about is not on the list, choose Something else (describe) and type it in your own words, for example "New listings signed" or "Booked calls". Choose No specific metric to skip the headline.
Change the cadence, or switch it off
The digest is on by default, weekly, delivered both ways. On the Notifications tab you can change any of it:
- Frequency: Weekly (the default, delivered Monday) or Daily.
- Deliver to: your Activity feed, your Email, or both. Both are on by default.
- Off: clear the on switch and no digest is sent.
Changes save as you make them, so there is no save button to hunt for.
