Choose a model and customize instructions
Pick which AI model powers your Chief of Staff, add custom instructions, and keep its business context current.
The Settings tab is where you shape how your Chief of Staff behaves: the model it runs on, standing instructions for how you like things done, and the business context it works from.
Pick a model
Your Chief of Staff runs on a fast, capable model by default, so you do not have to set anything up. If you want it on a specific model, add your own provider key and choose one in the AI model section. You can run it on Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, and set a backup model it falls back to. After you add a key, your choice applies in about half a minute and the available models appear.
You can add keys here, or add them once for your whole team and all your apps on the AI provider keys page. Keys added there also cover your Chief of Staff if your team runs past its monthly tokens.
Add custom instructions
Tell your Chief of Staff how you like specific tasks done, your preferences, and your context. For example: "When summarizing my pipeline, list the largest deals first" or "Keep updates to three bullets." These add to its core role, which is set by Noli, they do not replace it. Custom instructions apply to new conversations.
Keep its business context current
Under Business profile, click Edit to update what your Chief of Staff knows about your business, customers, and goals. Keeping this current is the simplest way to improve the quality of its work. Updated context applies to new conversations.
