Connect Google Calendar once, for everything
One calendar connection powers your whole Noli team. Your Chief of Staff sees your schedule and books appointments both ways, and your CRM and projects read from the same place.
Your calendar is where your working life actually lives. Connect it once and every part of Noli reads from the same source: your Chief of Staff sees what your day looks like and can book and update appointments for you, your CRM booking pages respect your real availability, and your projects know when you are free.
Like any great hire, your team does its best work when you hand it the right tools. The calendar is the first one to hand over.
Connect it
- Open your Noli dashboard, then Settings.
- Find the Calendar card and click "Connect Google Calendar".
- Approve the Google consent screen with the account whose calendar you live in.
That is the whole setup. One connection, shared everywhere. If the button says the connection is still being configured, it is rolling out to your account and will appear soon.
What it unlocks
- Your Chief of Staff sees your day. Ask "what does tomorrow look like?" or "find me thirty minutes with a buyer this week" and it answers from your real calendar.
- Two-way appointment sync. When your Chief of Staff books, moves, or cancels an appointment, it lands on your Google Calendar, and events you add show up in its picture of your day.
- Your morning brief gets real. The daily brief opens with your actual schedule, not a guess.
- Booking flows respect it. Appointments booked through your CRM booking pages and your AI receptionist check against the same availability.
Disconnecting
Back in Settings, click Disconnect on the Calendar card. This revokes Noli's access with Google and stops the sync everywhere at once. You can reconnect any time.
A note on permissions
The connection asks for calendar access so your team can both read your schedule and manage appointments for you. Tokens are encrypted, and access ends the moment you disconnect. If you connected before two-way sync arrived, reconnect once so booking works in both directions.
