Run local marketing

Set your service area, generate neighborhood guides and market reports, claim territory, and find community events.

The Local section is part of the Realtor plan. It appears in the sidebar for members on that plan.

Set your service area

Your service area is set in Local → Strategy. Give it your city and state and how wide you work (a radius, a set of zip codes, counties, or several cities). Then run a local analysis, which finds your local competitors, scores your local presence, and writes an action plan. The Local Presence Score lives on this page.

Neighborhood guides

Local → Neighborhoods is where the guides live. Generate a search-optimized guide for one neighborhood at a time, or generate them in bulk for your whole service area.

Market reports

Local → Market Reports generates data-driven real estate market reports for your service area, the kind you share with clients and post publicly.

Property valuations

Local → Valuations takes an address, pulls the records, comparables, and market stats, and writes a client-ready valuation report you can share. There is a monthly cap, shown on the page.

Your sphere

Local → Sphere holds your past clients. With the autopilot on, each contact gets their annual "your home is now worth" update drafted automatically.

Claim your territory

Local → Territory is where you claim neighborhoods. While you hold a claim, no other Noli agent can run guides, market reports, or farming for that area.

Promote your home-value page

Local → Promote puts your home-value page into the real world: a QR code for signs, an embed for your website, and a generated seller-lead ad kit.

Facts library

Local → Facts library is your verified local ground truth. Guides and market reports cite from it, so your content never contradicts itself. Facts you add by hand are trusted immediately and outrank anything the research finds online.

Find community events

In Local → Events, discover community events, classes, and workshops you can take part in or market around. Add the event APIs (Eventbrite, PredictHQ) under integrations to widen event discovery. Both have free tiers.

Farming autopilot

Local → Scheduler is a single Farming autopilot switch rather than a planner. Turn it on and it runs a fixed rhythm for you: a market report every month, a community event scan every two weeks, and a competitive scan every month.

Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile tools are built but not switched on yet, because Google has not granted Noli access to the Business Profile API. You will not see a Google Business item in the Local menu until that changes.
