Sphere and homeowner pages

Keep every past client warm on autopilot, and give each of them a personal home-value page.

Your past clients are your best source of future business. Noli keeps them warm without you having to remember.

Import your sphere

Under Marketing, then Local, then Sphere, add your past clients. You can paste them in, one per line, or upload a CSV export from your existing contacts. Each needs a name, email, and address.

Import needs property data configured on your workspace. Without it, the autopilot toggle stays disabled and the page tells you so.

The equity autopilot

Turn on the Equity autopilot and Noli drafts each contact their annual "your home is now worth" update, timed so everyone hears from you about once a year.

It runs monthly, on the 5th, and drafts for up to 15 contacts who are due, so a big sphere is worked through over several months rather than all at once. Drafts land on the Valuations page and you get a notification to review and send. Nothing sends on its own.

Equity updates draw on the same 50 property reports a month that manual reports use, so a heavy month of manual reports leaves less room for the autopilot. This is the quiet engine that produces referrals and future listings.

Homeowner pages

Once a contact's first equity update has been drafted, they get a personal, permanent home-value page branded to you. Until that first update exists there is no page and no link, so a freshly imported contact will not have one yet.

The page shows their current estimated value, a trend line that fills in as each year's update adds a new value point, and a link back to you. The annual email invites them to bookmark it, so your sphere checks in on your brand on their own. Once the page exists, a Home page button appears on that contact so you can copy the link.

Weekly seller updates

Separately, you can turn on weekly seller updates from the Valuations page. Every Thursday, the seller of each active listing gets a drafted week-in-review email built from real activity, so no seller ever feels you have gone quiet. "Active listing" here means a listing presentation or package created in the last 45 days, deduped by address.
