Manage partnerships and outreach

Generate a partner list, check each partner's reach, and get an outreach sequence you can copy and send.

Partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing can grow your reach fast. Your marketing system suggests partners and writes the outreach, all from Email → Partners.

Generate your partner list

Nothing happens until you ask. Press Generate Partners, then:

  1. Pick the kinds of partners you want, such as Podcasts, Newsletters & Blogs, Influencers & Creators, Complementary Businesses, Media Outlets, Communities & Groups, Associations, or Events.
  2. Optionally pick an approach: Grow Together (partners at a similar stage), Balanced, or Aim High (large, established partners).
  3. Set how many partners you want per category (1 to 20), and optionally list names to include or leave out.

Press Generate Partners at the bottom to start. It takes a minute or two. The suggestions are written by AI from your business profile and research, not looked up live, so check that each partner and their contact details are real and current before you reach out.

Read your list

Partners are grouped by where each conversation stands, and each one carries a reach badge:

  • High Reach, the largest, most influential partners.
  • Mid Reach, solid, established partners.
  • Emerging, up-and-coming partners worth getting in early with.

Filter by category with the buttons at the top, and drag partners to reorder them. Open a partner to see why it fits, the recommended partnership, and the best way to reach them.

Generate an outreach sequence

For a partner, press Generate Outreach Sequence. You get five messages, from Initial Outreach to Final Follow-up, each with a day number and a channel, written for that specific partner.

Noli does not send these for you. The messages are read-only on the page: review them and copy them out to send yourself. If they are not right, Regenerate Outreach Sequence replaces the whole set with a fresh one. There is also a Notes box on each partner for anything you want to remember.

Track where each partner stands

Set a status as the conversation moves: Not Contacted, Outreach Generated, Reached Out, Responded, In Discussion, Active, or Inactive. Generating outreach for a partner who is still Not Contacted moves them to Outreach Generated for you.
