Manage partnerships and outreach

Partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing can grow your reach fast. Your marketing system helps you find partners and write the outreach, all from the Partnerships section.

Generate your partner list

Nothing happens until you ask. Press Generate Partners and answer two short questions about what you are looking for. The system then researches and surfaces potential partners and builds the list you work from. Each partner record keeps the details and the outreach in one place.

Sort partners by tier

Partners are organized into tiers so you can prioritize:

• High Reach, the largest, most influential partners.
• Mid Reach, solid, established partners.
• Emerging, up-and-coming partners worth getting in early with.

Focus your effort where it makes the most sense for your goals.

Generate an outreach sequence

For a partner, press Generate Outreach Sequence. You get five messages, each with a day number and a channel, written for that specific partner.

The messages are read-only on the page. Review them and copy them out to send yourself. If a message is not right, Regenerate Outreach Sequence writes a fresh set. There is also a notes box on each partner for anything you want to remember.

Track where each partner stands

Set a status as the conversation moves: Not Contacted, Outreach Generated, Reached Out, Responded, In Discussion, Active, or Inactive.
