Generate and schedule email sequences
Approve an email strategy, generate the sequence, edit the emails, and start it with recipients.
Your marketing system writes full email sequences for you, welcome flows, nurtures, and more, so you can stay in touch with your audience without writing every message by hand. Find this under the Email section.
Start with your email strategy
Open Email → Strategy and press New Strategy. The system proposes an email approach based on your business, audience, and goals, including the sequence it recommends you run.
Email strategy needs your audience profiles and your strategic playbook to exist first. If they do not, the page tells you so and links you to both.
Sequences come from the strategy
You do not create a sequence from scratch. Review the strategy and press Approve on the Approve & Create Sequence card. The sequence is created in Email → Sequences, the system starts writing each email in order, and you are taken to it. Each email gets a subject line and body copy written from the messaging in your playbook. Writing usually takes a minute or two. If it did not start, press Generate on the sequence.
Edit the emails
Open any email in the sequence to refine it. Adjust the subject, tighten the copy, or change its day. Regenerate rewrites the whole sequence if it is off, and Add email adds one more.
Before it can send
A sequence sends only through your own email, never from a Noli address. Before you can activate one, set up two things:
- Your email. The simplest is the Gmail or Outlook you already use: connect it in your Noli Command Center under Connections, and it sends from there with no setup, up to 100 emails a day for a personal account or 300 for a work account. For more than that, add your own sending domain: in Settings → API Keys, under Resend, paste your API key and fill in From email address on a domain you verified in Resend. Settings → API Keys → Email sending shows which one is in use and lets you choose.
- Your business mailing address. In Settings → Brand, add your Business mailing address. The law requires a postal address at the bottom of every marketing email, so nothing goes out without it.
If either is missing, the sequence tells you what to fix and links you to it. Only an owner or admin can activate a sequence.
Activate and start it
A generated sequence is still a draft. Press Activate. Once it is active, Send to contacts appears: enter up to 50 email addresses, separated by commas. Each person is added to your Noli CRM as a contact, gets the first email right away, and gets the rest on the sequence's schedule. Only add people who asked to hear from you, past clients and people you know. On the Real Estate plan, anyone you enter who is on your farm or past client list as Not yet is left out, and you see how many; you can email them yourself (see Sphere and homeowner pages). The email itself always leaves from your own email: your connected mailbox or your sending domain.
People who sign up on a landing page that has the sequence attached are enrolled automatically.
Timing lives on the sequence itself, since each email carries its own day delay. Press Pause to stop sending.
Calendar → Recurring work → Email is for standing work, such as generating a new sequence or refreshing your email strategy on a rhythm. It is not where you set per-sequence send times.
See how it is doing
Once emails go out, the sequence's page shows each email's results: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced and sign-ups from its links.
