CRM: your first contacts and pipeline

Get your contacts in, set up your pipeline, and let the CRM run relationships and revenue.

Your CRM specialist runs relationships and revenue: contacts, deals, a pipeline, email, landing pages, and payments.

Start with the setup walkthrough

The first time you open crm.noliai.com you land on a short guided setup. It asks about your business, lets you name your assistant and give it a personality, asks about your offer and how you get clients, then helps you pick your pipeline and its stages. The last steps connect your accounts, email, SMS, and Stripe, which is what lets your assistant actually do work for you.

You can leave and come back to it. Nothing is locked in.

Add your contacts

Add contacts manually, or import a list to get started fast. Import accepts .csv, .tsv, and .txt files and matches the columns for you. The marketing system can also push new leads into the CRM automatically.

Set up your pipeline

A pipeline is the set of stages a deal moves through. The default set is New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, and Lost. Use it as it comes or adjust the stages to match how you actually sell. See Configure your pipeline stages & automation.

Send and track email

Open a contact and click Email to write to them straight from their record. The whole thread stays on their timeline, so the history lives with the relationship.

Let AI drive it

The CRM is agentic, it can be operated by AI agents, not only clicked through by hand, so routine relationship work can keep moving without you doing every step.

Tip

Open the CRM once while signed in before inviting teammates, so they join your existing CRM workspace and see the same contacts and deals. See Invite your team.
