Invite your team and share workspaces

Create a team, invite members, and understand what's shared versus private.

Multi-seat plans let you bring teammates into one shared Noli workspace.

Create your team

Go to app.noliai.com/team (or account menu → Team).
Under Create your team workspace, enter a Workspace name and click Create team workspace.

If you are on a single-seat plan, you will be prompted to upgrade first, multi-seat plans are required to invite people.

On the team page, open Members, then Invite, enter their email, and send. They will get an email to accept and sign in.

The team page also shows how many seats are in use, with a link to add seats at $79 per user per month.

CRM, contacts and deals are shared across the team
Marketing, your brand and content are shared
Project Manager, projects are private to you unless you turn on Share with team for a project
Knowledge Base, documents are private to you by default; share individual ones with your team whenever you want
Chief of Staff, personal to each member, working from the same shared business brief

The person who creates the team owns it.

On the team page, remove a member to revoke their access immediately.
