Choosing a plan and managing billing

One bundle, every specialist

Noli is bundle-priced. Every plan includes the whole team: the CRM, the marketing system, the knowledge base, the project manager, the GTM Engineer, and your Chief of Staff to coordinate them. The capabilities are the same on every plan. Plans differ only by:

• Seats, how many teammates share your workspace
• AI usage, the size of your shared monthly token pool

Solo or Team

• Solo is $199 a month, for one person, with 10 million AI tokens a month.
• Team is $299 a month, for two people, with a shared 20 million token pool (10 million per user), shared workspaces, and an admin role. Add more seats anytime at $79 a month each, and each seat adds another 10 million tokens to the shared pool.

We email you 30 days before an annual plan renews, and 3 days before a trial's first charge, so a renewal never arrives unannounced.

For real estate agents

If you are a real estate agent, there is a plan built for you.

• Real Estate is $399 a month. It includes the full team plus the real estate tools (Property Analysis, Listing Presentations, the seller lead engine, and the sphere autopilots), 20 million AI tokens, and one claimed neighborhood that is exclusively yours. Add more neighborhoods for $99 a month each.
• Real Estate Team is $499 a month for two people, with 30 million tokens, and the same territory options.

Change your plan, seats, or tokens

1. Open the account menu (top-right of the dashboard).
2. Choose Plan & add-ons to open the plan page at /plan. It shows your current plan, your seats, and your token pool.
3. To move from Solo to Team, click Upgrade to Team on that page. Use the same page to add seats (Team) or token boosts.
4. Manage billing opens your billing portal, where you update your card and find your invoices.

Seat, boost, and neighborhood changes are prorated, and the prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle is charged to your card the same day. The new recurring total applies from then on.

AI usage and bringing your own key

Every plan includes a generous monthly pool of AI tokens, shared across your team and all of Noli. For almost everyone, normal use stays well inside it. If you reach the pool, you can add a token boost (10 million more for $59 a month, stackable), upgrade, or connect your own AI provider key so usage beyond the pool runs on your key, at cost. We never charge a surprise overage. If you do nothing, AI features simply pause until the pool resets next month.

Optional add-ons

The only extras are the AI Receptionist at $89 a month, extra seats, token boosts, and, on the Real Estate plans, additional neighborhoods. Everything else is in the bundle.

Cancel

You can cancel anytime with one click on the Plan page. Your plan ends at the close of the period you have already paid for, you keep full access until then, and you can undo it from the same page any time before that date.

If a payment fails

Your workspace keeps working for 14 days while we retry the card and email you. Update it from Manage billing on the Plan page. If the payment still has not gone through after 14 days the workspace is paused rather than closed. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back the moment a payment succeeds.

The guarantee

Your first subscription purchase is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Noli is not for you, email support@noliai.com within 30 days. The refund is your first payment less the cost of the AI usage you consumed during the period, metered at the rates published in your account. Payment-processor fees are not deducted. It does not cover renewals, upgrades or tier changes, or add-ons, which includes seats, boosts, neighborhoods and the receptionist. It can be used once per customer, and issuing the refund cancels your subscription and ends access. The full wording is in the Terms.
