Use the AI assistant (Scout)
Ask your CRM assistant questions, get summaries and insights, and have it take actions for you.
Your CRM has a built-in AI assistant. It is named Scout unless you renamed it, and the sidebar entry carries whatever name you gave it. Ask it questions in plain language and it works across your contacts, deals, email, and more to help you get things done.
Talk to your assistant
Open the assistant from the sidebar for a full-page chat. There is also a floating assistant button on every screen that opens a chat drawer, and it reads the page you are on, so you can ask follow-up questions about the contact or page in front of you.
Talk to it out loud
The assistant has a voice mode. Click the microphone in the assistant page, choose from eight voices, and talk to it instead of typing. Voice runs on the AI allowance included with your plan, and falls back to your own OpenAI key if you have pasted one in Settings under Integrations.
What you can ask
- Get insights, "How many deals did we win this week?" or "What's in my pipeline?"
- Find things, "Show me contacts tagged hot" or "Find emails about the proposal"
- Get summaries, recap a contact's recent activity or your campaigns
- Take actions, it can create and update records as you direct
Anything that changes your data asks you to confirm first. Read-only lookups run straight away.
Personalize it
You can rename your assistant and set its Communication Style in Settings, choosing Professional & Direct, Friendly & Casual, or Minimal & Efficient, so it sounds the way you want. See Manage your team, roles & settings.
It also helps in specific spots, like drafting email replies and generating course content.
