Invite teammates, set roles, and configure your CRM's defaults, channels, and Scout's tone.

Your CRM's settings are where you bring in teammates and tune how the system works for your business.

Invite your team

Team membership and billing for Noli are managed centrally, so your teammates join one shared workspace across your products. Follow Invite your team to create your team and send invitations. In the CRM, contacts and deals are shared across your team so everyone works from the same data.

Roles

Admins manage the team and billing; members use the shared workspace. The person who creates the team owns it. See Invite your team for how shared-versus-private works across Noli.

Configure your CRM

In your CRM's settings, you can:

  • Set Scout's tone, choose professional, friendly, or minimal so AI suggestions sound like you
  • Connect channels, your mailbox, sending domain, SMS number, and Stripe (see Connect integrations)
  • Tune inbox behavior, auto-create contacts from unknown senders, log emails to the timeline, and track engagement
  • Set sending addresses, route inbox, invoice, marketing, automation, and transactional email from the right address
