Connect integrations
Connect your calendar, bulk email, SMS, Stripe, and knowledge base so your CRM works end to end.
Your CRM is most powerful when it's wired to the tools you already use. Calendar, bulk email, and Stripe are connected in CRM Settings. Your personal mailbox and your SMS number are connected in your Noli dashboard and in the CRM's first-run setup.
Your personal mailbox connects in your Noli dashboard, over IMAP and SMTP with an app password rather than a sign-in prompt. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and iCloud all connect the same way, and the first-run setup gives you the app-password steps for each. Once connected, your messages appear in your dashboard inbox and sends go from your address.
Customer Service can also have its own separate support mailbox, connected on the Accounts tab in Customer Service. See Connect your support channels.
Bulk email
Marketing blasts and sequences go out through a separate connection. In CRM Settings, under Bulk Email (ESP), pick Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES, paste your own API key, and set your sending domain and default from-address.
Calendar
Connect Google Calendar in CRM Settings, under Calendar, so your real availability is respected on booking pages and your connected events show up in your CRM calendar. The same section gives you a calendar feed link, though that feed currently needs you signed in, so other calendar apps cannot refresh it on their own yet.
SMS
SMS runs through your own Twilio account. You connect the number in the CRM's first-run setup at Connect Your Accounts. A dedicated support number for Customer Service is added on the Accounts tab in Customer Service.
Payments
Connect Stripe in CRM Settings, under Payments (Stripe), to sell products and collect payments. See Accept payments with Stripe.
Knowledge base and the rest of your team
Your Noli AI team works together out of the box, no API keys to paste. Your CRM links to your knowledge base and works with your marketing system automatically. For the full picture, see How your team connects.
Other tools
Use the Webhook action in automations to send data to outside tools like Zapier when something happens in your CRM. Copy its signing secret when you create it. We show it once and cannot show it again.
