Schedule events and meetings

Manage your calendar, set availability, and let people book time with shareable booking pages.

Your CRM has a built-in calendar so you can schedule meetings, block time, and let contacts book with you, all tied to your contact records.

View your calendar

Open the Calendar to see your schedule. It brings together your bookings, blocked time, and connected calendar events in one view. Use the Upcoming tab for a quick list of what's next.

Create events

Add an event and choose its type, for example, a video call (Google Meet or Zoom), phone, or in-person meeting, along with the time and location. Link it to a contact to keep the meeting on their timeline.

You can also block out time that is not a meeting. Choose Focused work or Personal time and booking pages stop offering those hours.

Booking pages

Set up a booking page so people can reserve time with you without the back-and-forth:

  1. Open the Booking Pages tab and create one.
  2. Set the meeting type, length, and your availability.
  3. Share the link, contacts pick an open slot and it lands on your calendar.

A new booking can also trigger automations or enroll the contact in a sequence.

Connect your calendar

Connect Google Calendar once in CRM Settings, under Calendar, and it covers your whole team: booking pages, the AI Receptionist, and your Chief of Staff all read the same calendar. The Calendar page itself only shows you whether the connection is live. See Connect Google Calendar once, for everything.

The same Settings section gives you a calendar feed link for Apple Calendar or Outlook. Note that the feed currently requires you to be signed in to your CRM, so calendar apps cannot refresh it on their own yet.
