Connect your tools to your Chief of Staff
Connect your calendar, your CRM, your payments, and thousands of other apps so your Chief of Staff works inside the tools you already use.
Your Chief of Staff is most useful when it works inside the tools you already run your business on. When you connect a tool, two things happen. What your Chief of Staff does shows up in that tool automatically, and changes you make in that tool flow back so everything stays in sync. Nothing lives in a separate silo.
You connect tools from the Connections area of your Chief of Staff. Most take one click.
What you can connect
- Your calendar. So your Chief of Staff can see your schedule, book appointments, and keep everything in one place. Connecting takes one click and a quick approval on the calendar's own screen.
- Your CRM. So new leads, contacts, and deals stay in sync both ways. For most CRMs you paste a key from your account settings, and you are connected.
- Your payments. Connect your payment account so your books and your money picture stay current. You paste a read-only key, and your Chief of Staff can see income, fees, payouts, and refunds. It never moves money without asking you first.
- Almost everything else. Beyond the tools above, you can connect thousands of other apps, from scheduling and invoicing to accounting and more, so your Chief of Staff can act in the tools your business already uses.
Your keys stay safe
Any key or login you connect is encrypted and stored securely. Your Chief of Staff uses it only to do the work you asked for, and you can disconnect a tool at any time.
If you get stuck
Connecting a tool usually just means logging into it and approving access. If anything is unclear, ask your Chief of Staff and it will walk you through connecting that specific tool step by step.
