Run email marketing campaigns

Send email blasts to mailing lists and track opens and clicks from your CRM.

Beyond one-to-one replies, your CRM lets you send broadcasts to many contacts at once and see how they perform.

Find email marketing

Open Email Marketing from the menu. It's organized into tabs:

  • Blasts, one-off campaigns sent to a list
  • Lists, the mailing lists you send to
  • Sequences, automated drip campaigns (see Set up email sequences)

Build a mailing list

On the Lists tab, create a list and add contacts to it. You can also add contacts to a list automatically with automations, for example, when someone submits a form or gets a certain tag.

Send a blast

On the Blasts tab, create a campaign, choose the list to send to, write your subject and message, and send (or schedule it). Your CRM handles delivery to everyone on the list.

Track opens and clicks

After a campaign goes out, check its stats to see opens and clicks. Use what you learn to refine your next send. For a fuller picture across your account, see Generate reports and analyze data.
