Generate reports and analyze data

Use prebuilt reports and KPIs to see revenue, contacts, bookings, and landing-page performance.

Reports turn your CRM activity into numbers you can act on. They pull from your deals, payments, contacts, and pages so you don't have to crunch anything by hand.

Open your reports

Open Reports from the menu. At the top you'll see headline KPIs such as:

  • Revenue from won deals
  • Payments collected this month
  • New contacts added
  • Bookings scheduled

Dig into the detail

Below the KPIs, reports break down deal outcomes, contacts by source, and landing-page performance (views and submissions per page). Use these to see what's driving results and where to focus.

Dashboards

For an at-a-glance view, your dashboard keeps the most important numbers, pipeline value, open deals, unread messages, front and center every time you log in.

Export your data

When you need the underlying records elsewhere, export them from the relevant area, for example, form submissions or contacts, to a file you can open in a spreadsheet.
