Work your sales pipeline

Move cards across stages with drag-and-drop and keep your whole pipeline up to date.

Your pipeline is a visual board organized by stage. It's the fastest way to see where your revenue stands and what to do next.

Pick your mode first

Your pipeline runs in one of two modes, and you see one or the other, not a switcher on the page:

  • Sales Pipeline, where each card is a deal. Best when you work opportunities over time.
  • Customer Journey, where each card is a contact. Best when people buy directly and you want to see where everyone stands.

You choose the mode in CRM Settings, under Pipeline Mode, or during first-run setup, where the choice is labeled Sales Process versus Direct Purchase. The page heading tells you which one you are in.

The board

Open the Pipeline from the menu. Each column is a stage (for example: New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost). The board shows the value in each stage and your total pipeline value, so you can spot where things are piling up.

In Sales Pipeline mode the button on the page is Create Deal. In Customer Journey mode it becomes Add Contact.

Move cards with drag-and-drop

To advance something, drag its card from one stage to the next. The board updates instantly. In Sales Pipeline mode that moves the deal's stage, and in Customer Journey mode it changes the contact's stage. A stage change can trigger automation, like sending a follow-up email or creating a task. See Configure your pipeline stages & automation.

Mark deals won or lost

Drag a deal to Won when you close it (it counts toward revenue) or Lost if it falls through. Keeping this current makes your dashboard and reports accurate.
