Use AI email suggestions with Scout

Let Scout draft email replies and help you write faster without starting from a blank page.

Scout is your CRM's AI assistant. When it comes to email, Scout can draft replies for you so you spend less time staring at a blank screen.

Draft a reply

When you're answering an email in your inbox:

  1. Open the conversation and start a reply.
  2. Use the AI draft option (the sparkle icon) on the reply box.
  3. Scout reads the thread and suggests a response.
  4. Review the AI Draft Suggestion, then accept it to drop it into your reply.

The draft is a starting point, edit it to match your voice before you send.

Match your tone

Scout can follow the tone you prefer (for example, professional, friendly, or minimal). You set this in settings, so suggestions come out sounding like you. See Manage your team, roles & settings.

Work with templates

For messages you send often, Scout can help with email templates so your campaigns and replies stay consistent. Save the ones that work and reuse them.
