Create and publish courses

Build courses with modules and lessons, enroll students, and track their progress.

Your CRM can host online courses, so you can sell or share training without another platform. Organize content into modules and lessons and enroll your contacts.

Create a course

Open Courses and click New Course. You have three ways to build it:

  • AI Auto-Generate, describe your topic and your CRM drafts the whole course, outline, modules, and lesson content.
  • AI-Assisted, create the structure yourself and use AI to write individual lessons as you go.
  • Manual, build every module and lesson from scratch.

The AI wizard asks for source material first. Upload your own files, or pick documents from your connected Knowledge Base, and the course is written from them. Source material is optional, but it produces much better results than a topic description alone. You then choose a depth like Quick, Standard, or Comprehensive, pick a writing style, and the wizard also drafts the copy for the course's landing page for you to review.

Add modules and lessons

A course is made of modules, and each module holds lessons. Arrange them in the order students should follow. Edit lesson content until it reads the way you want.

Set pricing and publish

Mark a course free or set a price. When it's ready, publish it so students can access it.

Students enroll themselves through the course page, and a paid course enrolls them after checkout. A course enrollment can start an automation, but an automation cannot enroll someone for you.

New students get a "You're enrolled!" email with a magic link, so they sign in without creating a password.

Track progress

Your CRM tracks enrollments and student progress, so you can see who's working through the material and who may need a nudge.
