Create audience personas, run deep research, and use the insights across your marketing.

Knowing exactly who you are talking to makes every piece of content land. Your marketing system builds rich audience personas under Intelligence → Audience.

Create your personas

Start from the audience segments in your brand profile. The system uses these as the basis for one or more personas, including a designated primary persona.

Run audience research

From the Audience page, run research and the system builds out each persona in depth, demographics, experience level, buying context, motivations, and even an anti-persona (who you are not trying to reach). Research runs in the background and you can re-run it any time to refresh.

Use the insights

Persona insights guide the rest of your marketing:

  • Content is written for the pain points and goals that matter to your audience.
  • Messaging and positioning in your playbook speak to the right people.
  • Emails, ads, and landing pages are tailored to who you are trying to convert.

Update your audience segments whenever your market shifts, then re-run research to keep everything current.
