Connect your social accounts
One connection puts your social presence on autopilot, your marketing system publishes for you and your Chief of Staff answers DMs and comments.
Noli is your team. And like a human team, it does its best work when you hand it the right tools. Hand it your social accounts and two things happen: your marketing system can publish for you, and your Chief of Staff can work your DMs and comments as your business. The connection runs through Zernio, a secure social connection service, and you approve each account yourself on the platform's own screen.
How to connect
- Open your Chief of Staff dashboard and go to the Channels tab (under Setup in the More menu).
- In the Social accounts section, click the button for the platform you want: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
- A secure connection page opens in a new tab. Log in and approve access there.
- Come back and refresh the list. Your connected accounts appear with their names.
If you do not see the Social accounts section, your current plan does not include social yet.
What your Chief of Staff can do with it
Once accounts are connected, your Chief of Staff gets a real social inbox:
- Answer your DMs. It can see recent message conversations across your accounts, read a thread for full context, and reply as your business. "Anything in my Instagram DMs I should know about?" becomes a question it can actually answer.
- Reply to comments. It can check the comments on your posts so engagement worth responding to never goes stale, and reply in your voice.
- Post and schedule. Ask it to publish a post to one or several accounts at once, now or scheduled for later. It confirms the copy with you before anything goes out unless you have told it a routine is pre-approved.
Everything is strictly scoped to your own accounts, and it never sends marketing blasts through your DMs.
What your marketing system can do with it
The same connected accounts power your marketing autopilot. Your marketing system turns each approved article into platform-specific social variants and, with your accounts connected, publishes them directly on schedule, or fully automatically if you turn on auto-publish. See Repurpose content for social media.
Why it matters
Social is where your customers already are, and it is also the first thing that slips when you get busy. One connection means the posting keeps happening and the inbox keeps getting answered, with you approving what matters instead of doing all of it.
