Your account, your data
Where to change your name, password, two-factor settings and sessions, and how to get a copy of your data or have it deleted.
Everything about you, as opposed to your workspace, lives on one page. Everything about your plan lives one menu item away.
Open your account page
Click your avatar at the top right of the dashboard, then Account. The page is headed Profile & security.
From there you can update:
- Your name and profile photo
- Your email addresses
- Your password
- Two-factor authentication
- Connected accounts, the sign-in methods linked to you
- Active sessions, with the option to sign a device out
The rest of the menu
The same avatar menu holds the things people usually come looking for here:
- Team, your seats and invitations. See Invite your team.
- Plan & add-ons, and Manage billing if you own the workspace. If a teammate owns it, the menu tells you billing is managed by your team admin.
- AI keys, where you add your own provider keys. See Add your own AI keys.
- Claude & ChatGPT, for driving Noli from an AI assistant you already use.
The menu also shows your current plan and how many tokens you have used this period.
Getting a copy of your data
Most of your work can be exported from the product that holds it. Contacts, survey responses, event attendees and reviewed leads all have their own CSV exports, and a Chief of Staff answer can be downloaded as Markdown, plain text, PDF or Word from the message itself.
For anything beyond what you can export yourself, email privacy@noliai.com and ask for a copy. You may be asked to confirm your identity first.
Deleting your data
Two steps, depending on how much you want gone.
- Disconnect a single service. Sign in and disconnect the account in the product where you connected it. That deletes the stored access token immediately.
- Delete your account and everything in it. Email privacy@noliai.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". Receipt is confirmed within two business days and deletion is completed within thirty days.
Deletion is a cascade, not a single row. Your data is removed from each product, your Chief of Staff is torn down, and your login goes with it. A few categories are kept where the law requires it, such as billing records, and backups age out on their own schedule.
If you cancel rather than delete, your workspace content is kept for thirty days so you can export it, then removed from active systems.
Why it matters
Knowing where the exit is makes it easier to trust the place. Nothing about your account is designed to be hard to leave.
