Export your projects as PDF, CSV or Markdown
Download one project as a PDF to share, a CSV for a spreadsheet or another project tool, or Markdown with everything. Or take all your projects at once as a ZIP.
Every project can leave your project manager in the format that suits where it is going next.
Export one project
Open the project and click Export at the top, next to Accountability. On a phone the button shows only its download icon. Pick a format:
- PDF: a clean copy of the plan to read, print or send to a client or partner. It shows the goal, where things stand, why it matters, and every step and sub-step as a checklist, with what is done.
- CSV: every step as a row, numbered the way the project shows them (1, 1.1, 1.2, 2), with whether it is done, when, its notes and reflection. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or import it into another project tool.
- Markdown: everything, including step notes, reflections, comments from a shared link and your conversation with the coach. Markdown is plain text, so any text editor, Word, Google Docs, Notion or Obsidian opens it.
The file downloads straight away.
Export every project at once
Open Settings, scroll to Your data and click Download your projects. On that page, click Download all projects (ZIP). Each project gets its own folder with its PDF, CSV and Markdown, and the ZIP also holds:
- projects.csv, one row per project with its progress and dates.
- all-steps.csv, every step of every project in one sheet.
The same page lists each project with its own PDF, CSV and Markdown buttons. You can also reach it from Plan & add-ons in your account menu, under Your data.
Team projects
If you are on a team, the export includes your own projects and the projects your team shares with you, the same ones you can open in the app. A teammate's private projects are never included.
What is not included
Share links and their codes, and the keys for any tools you connected.
After your plan ends
The export page stays open for 30 days after your plan ends, even though your projects lock. The page tells you the last day. After that the data is deleted.
