Share a project with your team or an accountability partner
Make a project visible to your team, or send a public link that shows progress only or full details.
Your projects are private by default. When you want others to see one, your project manager gives you two ways to share, with your team, or with anyone via a link.
Share with your team
Open a project and click Accountability to open the Share project dialog. If you're on a team and own the project, toggle Share with your team to make that one project visible to your teammates; it shows a "Shared with team" badge on your dashboard. Your other projects stay private. See Invite your team.
Share with an accountability partner
In the same dialog, under Invite a client, create a private link to share with someone outside your team so they can follow the project. Choose what they see:
- Progress Only, Just your progress bar and completion percentage.
- Full Details, Progress plus all step titles and their completion status.
Anyone with the link can view it, no account required. Copy the link and send it on.
The link is two-way. Whoever holds it can leave comments on the project, and you read and answer them from the same dialog.
Revoke a link
To stop sharing, reopen the dialog and click Revoke invite link. The link stops working immediately, so old recipients can no longer view your project.
