Complete steps and reflect

Mark steps done, capture a quick reflection, and finish a project with a closing note.

Checking off steps is how you make progress visible in your project manager. You can also capture what you learned as you go.

Mark a step done

Click a step's checkbox to mark it complete. Your progress bar updates, and the next incomplete step becomes your current focus. Click again to reopen a step if you marked it too early.

Add a reflection

When you complete a step, you'll have a chance to jot a quick reflection, what worked, what you learned, or what's next. Reflections are optional; you can write one or skip it. They stay attached to the step so you can look back later.

Finish a project

When every step is complete, your project manager celebrates the win and invites a final reflection on the whole project. Add a closing note to capture the outcome, or skip it.

Your closing reflection is also published to your Knowledge Base, so the lesson is searchable later alongside your notes. Step reflections stay inside the project.

Keep your momentum

Completing steps feeds your streaks and activity, so a steady habit of checking things off keeps your streak alive.
