Listing HQ, one page per listing

Every artifact, the social launch, open-house sign-ins with hot buyers flagged, and the seller updates, all for one address.

Once you have made a listing presentation or a marketing package for an address, everything else about that listing collects on one page. Open it under Marketing, then Local, then Valuations, and click Listing HQ on the listing's row.

The header gives you the address, the current estimated value, and a one-line count of what exists: artifacts, launch posts and open-house sign-ins.

Artifacts

Every document produced for this address, in one list: valuation report, listing presentation, marketing package, equity update, buyer offer analysis, seller update and just-sold campaign. Each shows its status, and finished presentations and valuations have an Open button that opens the client-facing report.

Below the list, Copy the share link puts the public link to the shareable report on your clipboard, ready to text or email to your seller.

The launch

If a marketing package exists for the listing and you have not launched it yet, click Schedule the launch. That queues the package's posts across your connected social accounts on a three-touch rhythm: today, day three and day seven.

Once scheduled, every post appears here with its platform, a preview, the date it goes out, and whether it is published or failed. If no package exists yet, the card tells you to generate one first.

Open house

Every listing presentation and marketing package comes with a public sign-in page. Two buttons give you it:

  • Sign-in link, to open on a tablet at the door.
  • QR, which downloads a QR code to print for the entry table.

As guests sign in, they appear here with name, email, phone and the date. Two tags do the work: pre-approved and no agent. Anyone with both is counted in the hot badge at the top of the card, because a pre-approved buyer with no agent is the most valuable person who walks through your open house.

Seller updates

The last card tracks what the seller has been told. If nothing has been drafted yet, it reminds you that weekly seller updates are turned on with the toggle on the Valuations page, after which the seller hears from your team every Thursday, drafted from this listing's real activity.

When updates exist, it says how many, and sends you to the Valuations page to review and send them. Nothing goes to a seller without your approval.

Why it matters

A listing has a lot of moving parts and they usually live in five places. Having them on one page is what makes the follow-up actually happen: the hot buyer from Saturday gets a call, and the seller gets a Thursday update, because you can see both without going looking.
