Listing Presentations
Turn an approved Property Analysis into a branded, revisioned seller presentation and secure client link.
Open Listing Presentations from your Noli dashboard. If you already have an approved Property Analysis, it shows as Ready to use; choose Build presentation. If not, pick how you would like to begin: Upload an analysis (an Excel CMA or PDF you already have) or Start with property details (add an address, find records, and choose comparable sales). Noli brings you back here when the pricing review is ready. The presentation stays bound to that exact approved revision.
Listing presentations
A listing presentation is the story you bring to the kitchen table. Start with the seller’s name, refine the property position, choose the comparable evidence to show, and make the six-play marketing plan and launch sequence your own. Calculated market value and the agent’s listing strategy remain visibly separate throughout.
It comes in three designs you can switch between with one click:
- Classic, a clean consulting-style document.
- Luxe, dark with gold accents for luxury listings.
- Modern, editorial and confident.
The first approved subject photo carries forward onto the cover slide, along with the professional identity selected in Property Analysis, including agent details, brokerage information, colors, headshot, and logo. Switch designs any time. Nothing regenerates; the same saved content is simply re-dressed.
Unsaved edits are recovered locally for the signed-in user and presentation. Every explicit save creates a new immutable revision while an already-published revision remains unchanged.
When the presentation is complete, present it full-screen from an iPad, print or save the complete deck as a PDF, or publish a secure read-only client link. Publishing a replacement link invalidates the old one, and you can revoke public access at any time. Archiving a presentation also revokes client access; restoring it reopens editing but does not recreate the old link.
