The seller lead engine
Turn your website, your yard signs, and your open houses into a steady flow of seller leads.
Your home-value page
Every Noli RE account has a "what is my home worth" page branded to you. A homeowner enters their address, sees an instant estimate, and your team prepares a full valuation report. You get the lead, and the homeowner gets a genuinely useful report with your name on it.
The page needs property data configured on your workspace. Until that is set up, the page cannot produce an estimate.
Find it under Marketing, then Local, then Promote. From there you can:
- Download a QR code for yard signs, sign riders, open-house table tents, postcards, and business cards.
- Copy an embed snippet to put the page directly on your website.
Open-house sign-in
Every listing presentation and package doubles as an open-house sign-in page. Open it on a tablet at your next open house, or print the QR code. Guests sign in, and you capture their details, whether they are pre-approved, and whether they already have an agent. Hot guests, pre-approved and unrepresented, are flagged for you.
The ad kit and Market Minute
Also on the Promote page:
- The seller-lead ad kit writes three ready-to-run Facebook and Instagram ads that send homeowners to your home-value page.
- Market Minute writes a sixty-second video script from your market's real numbers, with a phone teleprompter so you can record it on the spot.
What happens to a lead
Every lead lands as a notification in your workspace, and, if your CRM is connected, as a CRM contact. Your Chief of Staff drafts the first reply and files it in your Needs you queue. It is sent only after you approve it there.
Limits worth knowing
The home-value page has guardrails so a single bad afternoon cannot burn your data budget:
- 5 submissions per hour from the same visitor.
- 25 leads a day for your workspace.
- 50 property reports a month for your workspace.
If a limit is hit, the page tells the visitor to try again later rather than failing silently.
