- Go to app.noliai.com and choose Sign up.
- Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.
- Verify your email if prompted.
Choose a plan
New accounts are taken to the plan picker. Every plan includes your whole AI team across all four departments (the CRM, the marketing system, the knowledge base, and the project manager), so you are choosing seats and AI usage, not features. Find your way around
After checkout you land on your dashboard, which has a tile for each part of your team:
- Chief of Staff, the lead that runs the team for you
- CRM, contacts, deals, pipeline, email
- Marketing (AMS), strategy and content that ships
- Knowledge Base (KB), capture and retrieve everything you know
- Project Manager (PM), turn goals into step-by-step plans
Click any tile to open that product. You stay signed in across all of them, one login for the whole platform.
The easiest way to get started is your Chief of Staff: open it, tell it about your business, and hand it a goal. It puts the right specialists on the work for you. You can still open any department directly whenever you want to work in it yourself.
