What shows up there
- Suggestions your team staged for you, and to-dos you added yourself. You can Accept or Skip each one right there.
- Drafted customer replies your team wrote, ready to review and send.
- Messages your team held for your review before replying.
- Marketing drafts in progress.
- New leads from the week to follow up on.
The number next to the title is how many things are waiting.
How to use it
Spend two minutes here over coffee. Accept the suggestions you want and skip the rest. For items that live inside a product, like a drafted reply or a marketing draft, the chip takes you straight into that product to act. When there is nothing waiting, the card disappears, so a quiet day stays quiet.
