Intel Hub, what Noli knows about your business
One shared brief that every specialist works from. Review it, edit it, and confirm it once, so no app asks you the same question twice.
Every specialist on your team works from the same short brief about your business. The Intel Hub is where you can see that brief, correct it, and confirm it. Open it from the Intel Hub tile on your dashboard.
What it holds
The brief is deliberately short. It covers:
- Business name
- What your business does
- Who you serve
- Immediate goal, the one thing you want the team pushing on right now
- How Noli should sound, the voice it uses when it writes for you
Most of this was captured when you set up your account, and you will see it marked Confirmed during onboarding. If you skipped a question, or your answers have changed, it shows Not confirmed yet until you confirm it.
Review, edit, confirm
- Click Review and edit.
- Change anything that is out of date. Keep it plain and specific; "residential agent farming three neighborhoods in Cedar Park" beats "real estate".
- Click Confirm shared context.
You confirm once. Noli carries the context into each app, and each app then asks only for the details it genuinely still needs. Edits you have made inside a specific app, for example a longer business profile in your Chief of Staff, are preserved rather than overwritten.
Who can edit it
The workspace owner edits and confirms the brief. Teammates can read it, which is the point: everyone, human and AI, is working from the same facts.
When to come back
Update the brief whenever the business changes direction: a new offer, a new audience, a new goal for the quarter. Changing the Immediate goal is the quickest way to point the whole team at something new.
