Ask your Chief of Staff about your Launch Pad work
Your Chief of Staff can read your Launch System progress, your Ideation Lab ideas and their positioning and offer, and your Opportunity Analysis. What to ask, what it will not do, and how to reconnect it.
If you are a Launch Pad member, your Chief of Staff knows it. Before it answers, it is told which plan you are on and which Launch Pad features you have, and it carries a Launch Pad hand: a set of tools that read your Launch Pad work directly, so you never have to paste your idea or your step number into chat.
Open it at app.noliai.com/dashboard/cos, or from the Chief of Staff tile on your Launch Pad dashboard.
What you can ask
Where you are in the Launch System. Ask "where am I" or "what is next". It reads your current step and its phase, the step after it, how many of the 51 steps you have completed, your goal, and whether you have recorded a first sale. Try:
- "What step am I on, and what is the next one?"
- "How far through the Launch System am I?"
- "Remind me what I said my goal was."
Your Ideation Lab ideas. It can list the business ideas you have worked on in the Lab, newest first, with whether each is active or archived and which version you are on. Try:
- "Which ideas have I worked on in the Lab?"
- "What is my current idea in one line?"
Your positioning, offer, and who you are selling to. For any idea, it reads the accepted Lab artefacts: the idea, the segment, the positioning, the offer, the evidence, the communication, the stress test, and the test kit. It uses these whenever you ask about your offer or your customer, so its answers are grounded in what you actually decided. Try:
- "What is my offer, and who is it for?"
- "Summarize my positioning for a cold email."
- "What did the stress test flag about my idea?"
- "Draft a to-do list from my test kit."
Your Opportunity Analysis. It reads your latest report: the title, the summary, the verdict, the next move, and the highlights. Try:
- "What did my Opportunity Analysis say I should do first?"
- "What was the verdict on my idea?"
Your membership. It can tell you which plan you are on and which Launch Pad features you can open, with links. If you are not a member, it will say so plainly rather than describe features as yours.
Because it also has your other Noli apps, you can combine them. "Turn the next three Launch System steps into a project" uses the Launch Pad hand to read the steps and the project manager to create the work. "Find prospects that match my segment" reads your segment from the Lab and hands the search to the GTM Engineer.
What it will not do
The Launch Pad hand is read-only. Your Chief of Staff can see your Launch Pad work, but it does not change it. It will not:
- Mark a Launch System step complete or move you to another step.
- Create, edit, or archive an idea in the Lab, or change an accepted artefact.
- Run or re-run your Opportunity Analysis.
- Record a first sale for you.
You do those things yourself on launchpad.noliai.com, and it will point you to the right page. When it says "no analysis has been run yet" or "you have not started the Launch System", that is a fact it read, not a guess.
Anything it does elsewhere on the strength of your Launch Pad work follows the usual rules. Outreach drafted from your positioning goes through the GTM Engineer, where you approve the batch before anything sends. Email, posts, and other actions that leave your workspace wait for your approval unless you have granted it standing authority. See Approve what goes out before it sends and Decide what your Chief of Staff can do without asking.
If it says it cannot see your Launch Pad work
The Launch Pad hand is wired onto your Chief of Staff automatically when you are a member. If your membership started after your Chief of Staff was set up, the hand appears on its own within one load of your Noli dashboard, so opening app.noliai.com/dashboard/cos once is usually enough.
If it still cannot reach your Launch Pad work, open the Capabilities tab in your Chief of Staff and click Reconnect my apps. That rewires every connection between your Chief of Staff and your Noli apps, including the Launch Pad hand. When it finishes you will see "Reconnected. Your team can reach your apps again." See See everything your Chief of Staff can do.
If you are on the Launch plan, remember that your Chief of Staff has the Knowledge Base and the GTM Engineer but not the project manager, marketing, or CRM. Those come with Growth. See Your Launch Pad membership inside Noli.
