Set your automation level and preferences

Choose how much your marketing system does on its own and where it pauses for your review.

Your marketing system can work fully on its own, or pause for your input at key stages. You decide the balance in Settings → Automation.

Choose an automation level

  • Autopilot, fully automated. Articles are drafted, polished, and sent straight to your Content Hub. No review needed.
  • Standard, articles are drafted and polished automatically, then wait for your final review before publishing.
  • Collaborative, review at every stage: the content brief, the draft, fact-check results, and the humanized version.
  • Custom, choose exactly which stages pause for your review.

Set checkpoints

Checkpoints are the stages where work pauses and waits for you. With Custom (or by adjusting Collaborative), you can turn checkpoints on or off individually for the content brief, draft, fact-check, and humanize steps. A checkpoint that is off lets that stage advance automatically.

Set word counts and other defaults

In Settings you can also set a target word count range for articles (or let the system choose automatically), and tune other content defaults so output matches what you expect.

Change these any time, your choices apply to new work going forward.
