When Noli is at capacity
What the waitlist page means, how joining works, how to ask for a spot sooner, and what happens when one opens.
Noli sometimes closes new sign-ups so the customers already here get set up properly. When that happens, signing up creates your account as normal and then lands you on a page that says Noli is at capacity rather than the plan picker.
Most of the time checkout is open and you will never see this page. If you did, here is exactly what it means.
Your account exists
The page is headed Your account is created. Nothing failed. You have a Noli login, and you are signed in. What you cannot do yet is pick a plan, because checkout is closed while capacity is full.
Landing on the page is joining
There is no form to fill in and no button to press. Arriving on the waitlist page adds you to the list, using the email on your account. Refreshing the page does not add you twice.
The page confirms it: You are on the list, with the address that will be emailed when a seat opens. There is nothing else you need to do.
If you need a spot sooner
Under the confirmation there is a Request expedited access button.
- Click it.
- Answer "Why do you need access sooner?" A couple of sentences is plenty. What are you trying to get done, and by when? The box needs at least a few words before it will send.
- Click Send request.
You get a "Request received" confirmation. These are read, and they genuinely change the order people are let in. If it is a fit, you hear back directly.
What happens when a seat opens
Noli emails the address on your account. When you sign in after that, the plan picker appears instead of the waitlist and you can subscribe normally.
Being let in off the waitlist gets you through the gate to standard paid checkout. It does not grant a free plan or a discount.
If you already pay
Existing customers are never sent to the waitlist, and neither are people invited to a team whose subscription is live. If you are paying and you land here anyway, email support@noliai.com and say so, and it will be fixed.
