Create and organize steps manually
Add your own steps, edit titles and notes, reorder them by dragging, and delete what you don't need.
You don't have to rely on the AI for every step. You can build and shape your plan by hand whenever you like.
Add a step
On an empty project there is a labelled Add Step button. Once you have steps, use the round + button at the bottom right of the project instead. Either one opens Quick Add Step. Give the step a clear, action-oriented title, something you can actually check off.
Edit titles and notes
Click into a step to edit its title. Each step also has space for notes, so you can capture context, links, or sub-tasks as you work. Notes save when you click away from the editor, so finish your thought and then click elsewhere.
Each step also has an AI Deep Dive, a short mini-lesson on that specific step if you are not sure how to tackle it.
Reorder steps
Drag a step up or down to change its order. Only top-level steps can be dragged; sub-steps stay in the order they were created under their parent. Your project manager always treats the first incomplete step as your current focus, so ordering matters, put the next thing you should do near the top.
Delete a step
Remove any step you no longer need from the step's controls. Deleting is immediate and there is no confirmation, and deleting a step also deletes every sub-step under it. Only delete steps you're sure about.
Mix manual and AI steps
Manual steps live alongside steps your coach generates. You can generate a plan with the AI, then refine it by hand, or build the whole plan yourself.
