Open the coach chat, pick a planning strategy, and turn your goal into an ordered set of steps.
Your project manager's AI coach can turn a goal into a clear, ordered plan. Tell it what you want to achieve and it generates steps you can work through.
Open the chat
Inside a project, open the coach chat (the chat button in the project view). Describe your goal in plain language, where you are now and what "done" looks like.
Pick a planning strategy
Before you send, choose how deep you want the plan to go:
- Quick Start, A short, get-moving plan with the essential steps.
- Comprehensive, A fuller, well-rounded plan that covers the main bases.
- Deep Dive, A thorough, detailed plan for complex goals.
Pick the strategy that matches how much structure you want, then send your message.
Get your plan
The coach replies with ordered, actionable steps and adds them to your project. Read them over, then start working through them. You can edit, reorder, or remove anything that doesn't fit, see Create and organize steps manually.
