Start a project
Open pm.noliai.com and create a project. A short wizard walks you through it: describe your goal in plain language, why it matters, your timeline, and any concerns or obstacles.
If you set up your account through the dashboard, your first project may already be there, built from the goal you confirmed, with three starter steps you can edit or replace.
Get a plan
The project manager breaks your goal into ordered, actionable steps. Work through them, check them off, and add notes as you go.
Choose where the plan comes from
Every project runs in one of three modes, set with the mode selector in the project header. New projects start in Omni Mode, which plans broadly without leaning on a particular source. Switch to Genius Mode to plan using your own Knowledge Base, so the steps are grounded in your material instead of generic advice. Genius Mode connects automatically, with no key to paste, and it only appears in the mode menu once that connection exists. Launch Mode is a Launch Pad membership perk and shows up only for members. Share with your team
By default your projects are private. Open a project, click Accountability, and toggle Share with your team to make that one project visible to your teammates (it shows a "Shared with team" badge). The toggle appears only if you are on a team and you own the project. Your other projects stay private. See Invite your team.
