Replies and what the numbers mean

Replies arrive classified and drafted in your voice. The reporting keeps provider acceptance, confirmed delivery, and real human outcomes strictly separate.

Outreach is only half the job. What happens after someone replies is where the revenue actually is.

The Inbox

Replies come into the Inbox classified and threaded, so you are not reading a flat pile of messages trying to work out which are worth your time. Responses are drafted in your voice for you to review.

You stay in the loop on what goes back out. The same principle as the rest of the product: it prepares, you decide.

Analytics, and why it looks conservative

The reporting deliberately keeps three different things apart, and it is worth understanding why, because most outreach tools blur them into one flattering number.

  • Provider acceptance. The email provider accepted the message for delivery. This is not proof it arrived.
  • Confirmed delivery. Delivery was actually confirmed.
  • Human outcomes. A person did something. Replied, engaged, moved.

Collapsing these into a single "delivered" or "success" figure is how outreach dashboards end up flattering and useless. Keeping them separate means the number you look at is the number you can act on.

Outcome counts stay at zero until durable events actually exist. An empty report is an honest report, not a broken one. Campaign outcomes only appear once a play has become a reviewed campaign, and the counts you see are for the current approved version.

Usage and tokens

Usage shows the tokens spent on outside data, reserved, charged, and reconciled, along with the estimate for work you are about to run.

Reserved and charged are shown separately on purpose. Work that is queued has money set aside for it, and reconciliation is what settles the difference between the estimate and what actually ran. If no provider operations have been recorded yet, it says so rather than showing a fabricated zero-state.

Only data costs anything. The software is part of your plan; what you are paying for is finding and verifying real people through outside providers, and it comes out of the same monthly token pool as the rest of Noli. There is no separate balance to top up. Planning a run reserves nothing and costs nothing, and every actual run shows a fixed quote before it can reserve tokens.

If you turn on continuous finding, you set a hard daily dollar cap yourself and it cannot spend past it.
