Review and approve a campaign
Nothing sends until you approve it. You see every recipient and every message first, and the approval locks the exact batch you reviewed.
This is the screen the whole product is built around. A campaign is drafted from a play, and it is not going anywhere until you say so.
One approval, one frozen batch
You review the full recipient-by-step sequence: every person, every step, and the exact message each of them receives. When you approve, that approval freezes the exact version you just read.
That matters more than it sounds. If the draft moves after you loaded the view, because recipients or content changed underneath you, it tells you the draft changed, review again and shows you the fresh version. Your earlier read does not silently authorize different messages.
If the sequence is incomplete, it refuses the approval outright. No partial sequence can be approved. There is no path where a half-built campaign leaks out.
Quality checks before you can approve
Each message step is checked before it becomes approvable, and each step is marked as either passing the deterministic checks or needing your attention.
If a step falls outside the quality envelope, approval is blocked until you correct it. You will see exactly which step and why. These checks are deterministic, with no AI call and no provider call involved, so the same draft is judged the same way every time.
If your postal footer is configured, it is included in the message review, so you see what recipients will actually see at the bottom of the email.
Re-drafting a message
If a message is not right, you can re-draft that recipient using your locked voice profile, or edit it yourself. It is normal to rewrite a few early on. That is how the voice profile gets good.
Sending controls
You are setting the pace, not just the content.
- Daily email cap. The most that can go out in a day.
- Send from and send until hours. Messages only leave inside the window you choose.
- Maximum jitter. Sends are spread out by a random amount up to this many minutes, so a batch does not arrive as an obvious block.
- Duplicate protection. Stops the same person being contacted twice across your campaigns.
Manual social steps
Some steps are marked manual, meaning they are for you to do by hand rather than something the system sends. They appear in the sequence so the campaign reflects the real plan, not just the automated part of it.
Before you can approve at all
Campaign approval stays blocked until a sending address is saved in Setup, and it must be your address rather than a Noli one. Research and drafting work fine without it. Sending does not.
