Connect a sending mailbox
Outreach sends from your own mailbox, under your own address, with a daily cap and health checks. Here is how to set it up and keep it healthy.
Your outreach sends from a real mailbox you own. Not a shared Noli address, not a pool. That is the only way replies come back to you and the only way your sending reputation stays yours.
Set your sending address first
Open Setup and save the sender details. These carry into every campaign you approve afterwards.
Use your address, the one you want a prospect to see and reply to. Do not use a Noli address. Campaign approval is blocked until this is saved, so this is the first thing to do if you want to actually send.
Research and drafting are unaffected. You can do all of that before touching this.
Connect the mailbox
Senders is where connected mailboxes live. Once a mailbox is active it becomes available to select in Campaign Settings, and you assign a sender per campaign.
If you see no active personal mailbox is connected, that is the thing standing between you and sending. If you see choose a sender in Settings, the mailbox is connected but the campaign has not been pointed at one yet.
You need a workspace before you can assign a sender, and your workspace is created by your first imported play.
Health and daily caps
Every sender shows its health and its daily cap.
The cap is a feature, not a limit to fight. A new mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of cold emails is the fastest way to get filtered into spam permanently, and once that happens it affects your normal business email too, not just outreach. Start low and let volume build.
Between the per-sender daily cap and the per-campaign daily email cap, you have two independent brakes. The tighter one wins.
Sender readiness
The pipeline shows campaign sender readiness, so you can tell at a glance whether a campaign is actually cleared to send or is going to stall on a missing sender. Check this before you approve, not after.
