Keep the queue full with daily lead finding

One bounded batch of qualified people each weekday, priced and capped before it runs, queued for your review and never added to a campaign on its own.

Research runs are something you start. Daily lead finding is the version that keeps going: on weekdays, it finds one bounded batch of qualified people for a play and puts them in Opportunities for you to review.

You will find it on the Campaigns screen, in the Daily lead finding panel on the campaign draft.

What it will and will not do

It finds people. That is all. New people wait in Opportunities for your review, and are never added to an approved recipient list automatically. Every new recipient still needs a fresh, exact campaign approval before any outreach goes out.

Set the plan

The plan is edited on an unapproved campaign draft. Four fields:

  1. Qualified people per day, your target, up to 25.
  2. Raw candidates max, the ceiling on how many people it will look at to hit that target, up to 100.
  3. Daily data cap (USD), the most it may spend on data in a day, up to $10.
  4. Run hour, the local hour it runs, in your campaign's sending timezone.

Then click Review daily plan. Planning does not reserve tokens and does not run a search.

Read the quote, then save it

The quote shows three numbers: the estimated daily quote, your hard daily cap, and the planned raw capacity. It also shows the exact plan it priced.

Click Save plan to campaign draft to attach it. If you change a field later, use Refresh daily quote to price it again.

Turn it on

Once the campaign is approved and a plan is saved, the panel shows Activate daily finding. Click it and the cycle starts running.

While it is running you can Pause daily finding at any time. Pausing means no future daily cycle starts until you resume. The panel also shows the last cycle's date and result, so you always know whether it ran.

The safety boundaries

  • One cycle per weekday, in the campaign's local time. No weekend runs, no second run in the same day.
  • The raw-candidate ceiling and the dollar cap are both enforced before work begins. When the next batch would push spending past your cap, it stops rather than exceeding it.
  • The cap you set is a hard cap, not a target it drifts past.

If daily finding is not yet switched on in your workspace, the panel tells you, and you can still prepare and approve the exact plan and dollar cap now. If it is blocked for any other reason, the panel names the reason.

Why it matters

An outreach queue that empties is a campaign that quietly stops. This keeps a small, priced, capped amount of new work arriving every weekday, while leaving every actual decision with you.
