Catch up with Notifications
One feed of updates from your Chief of Staff, scheduled work that ran, anything that had an issue, and your daily reflection ready to read.
When your Chief of Staff works while you are away, you want a two-minute way to catch up. The Notifications tab is that feed: every update from your Chief of Staff in one list, with anything it delivered readable right there.
Find it under Activity in the More menu of your Chief of Staff dashboard.
What shows up
- Scheduled work that ran. Each of your scheduled tasks posts a notification when it completes, "ran" when everything went fine, or "had an issue" with the reason when something failed, so problems never fail silently. For the failure details and controls, head to the Scheduled tab.
- Your daily reflection. When your Chief of Staff files its daily reflection, a fresh look at where things stand across your business, you get a notification with a Read button. Click it and the full reflection opens inline, no need to go digging for the document.
Everything is timestamped and sorted newest first, so the top of the list is always the latest news.
Your ecosystem digest lives here too
At the top of the tab you will find the settings for your recurring briefing, the digest your Chief of Staff composes across your CRM, projects, knowledge base, and marketing. You can turn it on, choose weekly or daily, pick where it is delivered, and set the KPI you want tracked. See Get a recurring business digest for the full guide.
When the list is empty
If you have not scheduled any work yet, the tab will say so. Notifications fill up as your Chief of Staff takes on recurring jobs, so an empty feed is usually a sign there is more you could delegate.
Why it matters
A Chief of Staff that works around the clock is only useful if you can trust the follow-through. This feed gives you the confirmation loop: what ran, what it produced, and what needs your eyes, all without you chasing any of it.
