Work your approved content in the Content Hub

Where approved articles land, how to publish one to your blog, and how to copy, edit, regenerate, illustrate and post the per-platform versions.

The moment you approve an article, it lands in the Content Hub, under Content in the sidebar. This is the room where finished work waits to go out, and where every platform version of that article lives next to it.

Queue and Published

Two tabs run the hub:

  • Queue holds approved articles that have not gone out yet.
  • Published holds the ones you have marked as published.

Each tab shows a count. If platform versions are still being written for a recent article, a banner says so and the page refreshes itself as they finish.

Open an article

Click any article to open it. Across the top is a row of big buttons: Article first, then one for every platform you enabled in Settings, Platforms. A green dot means that version is ready, a pulsing blue dot means it is still being written, and a red dot means it failed.

The Article tab holds the full draft, a Download button, and three cards down the right side: Publishing, Post Info, and the quality scores the drafting process produced.

Publish to your blog

In the Publishing card:

  1. If you have not connected a blog yet, the card says so and offers Connect your blog. Connecting takes about a minute and supports WordPress, Ghost and Webflow.
  2. Once connected, click Publish to your platform. The article is queued and pushed to your site.
  3. When it lands, the card shows Published to your platform with a View live post link, plus a Republish button for later edits.

If a publish fails, the card says so with the reason and offers Retry Publish.

Separately, the article list has a Publish action in select mode. That one marks articles as published inside Noli and moves them to the Published tab. It does not push anything to your site.

Work a platform version

Open any platform tab and you get the draft written for that channel, in the format that channel rewards: a LinkedIn post with a first comment, an X thread, an Instagram carousel, a video script, a newsletter email. Each one has:

  • Copy to clipboard
  • Edit, which saves your version and uses it from then on
  • Regenerate, to draft it again
  • Generate Image, with a box to describe the change you want and try again
  • Generate AI Video on the video channels, which builds the clips from the script
  • Publish to social media, which queues it through your connected account

Once a version is queued or out the door, the tab shows a Queued or Published chip.

Tidy up in bulk

Click Select above the list to get checkboxes, then act on several articles at once. From the Queue you can mark them published. From Published you can send them Back to Queue. Both tabs offer Archive and Delete, and each asks you to confirm first.

Why it matters

The hub is where the work becomes traffic. An approved article that never leaves this page is the most expensive thing in your account.
